Delivery

General

We use DPD Tracked Delivery as our preferred courier. Each order has a unique tracking number that you will receive by email and/or text message, allowing you to track your package. We offer free delivery on every product. Please note: all delivery times are business days, unless otherwise stated.

We are a UK-based company and offer free express delivery (2-4 business days) on all orders. Orders placed before 1 p.m. will be processed the same business day.

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning there are no further unexpected costs.
